 Born in 1968.

 In 1991 graduated from The Institute of Asian and African Studies under Moscow State University named by M.V. Lomonosov.

 Joined the diplomatic service since 1993.

 Has extensive experience in The Foreign Ministry headquarters and embassies abroad:

 1994-1998 - Attache-Third Secretary of the Embassy of Russia in the Syrian Arab Republic;

 2000-2003 - Second-First Secretary of the Embassy of Russia in the Republic of Iraq;

 In 2003 was awarded with the Certificate of Honor of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia for active participation in the evacuation of Russian citizens from Iraq.

 2005-2011 - Counselor of the Embassy of Russia in the Socialist People's Libyan Arab Jamahiriya.

 In 2011, during the aggravation of military and political crisis in Libya, he served as Charge d'Affaires in the affairs of the Russian Federation.

 He was awarded by the Ministry for preparing and conducting the evacuation of Russian citizens from Libya.

 He was awarded the EMERCOM of Russia medal "To the participant of emergency humanitarian operations".

 Participated in the preparation for the signing of intergovernmental agreements on the simplification or abolition of the visa regime with a number of countries in the Middle East and Africa, including with the UAE and South Africa.

 2014-2018 - the head of the department of the countries of Africa, the Middle East in the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia.

 July 18, 2018 was appointed as Consul General of the Russian Federation in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

 Diplomatic rank ‑ Envoy Extraordinary and Minister Plenipotentiary, Second Class.

 Speaks Arabic, English and French.

 Married and has a daughter.
